Introduction
The administrator of personal data is Parsify Technologies Antoni Kępiński (hereinafter referred to as "administrator"), a sole proprietorship based in Złota 75A/7, 00-819 Warsaw, Poland, and registered in the Polish Central Register and Information on Economic Activity, tax id: PL7773386258. Personal data collected by the administrator is processed according to the rules settled in regulations about personal data protection, specifically in the European Parliament and Council (EU) bylaw 2016/679 from 27th of April 2016 about protecting individuals regarding personal information processing, the free flow of such information and revocation of directive 95/46/WE (general bylaw about data protection - "GDPR") and in Polish regulations published due to GDPR, including the act from the 10th of May 2018 about personal data protection (law gazette from 2018, position 1000 with changes). The administrator keeps personal information non-disclosure and protects them from being leaked to third-parties in accordance to the rules established in the aforementioned legal acts.
The administrator uses minimal amount of personal data in order to fulfil their duties, especially regarding software development and distribution.
What is collected, when and for what reason?
The administrator uses additional, third-party services to handle certain tasks, such as payments or analytics. Each service mentioned below has their own privacy practices, ergo it is recommended that you manually audit them. This list includes a company name, which of their services are used, and what data is collected by the administrator (if applicable):
- Stripe, Inc. - payment gate. The administrator collects purchase information, that is: full name and email address, only for contact purposes related to software/services purchase.
- OpenCage GmbH - reliable geolocator, which converts locations to geographical coordinates (opt-out).
- Open Exchange Rates Ltd. - frequently updated exchange rates for over 200 different currencies, including crypto (opt-out).
You are able to disable the services marked with "(opt-out)" using settings within the app. Should you choose to do so, your app experience may be degraded.
User rights and contact information
In principle, you have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability, revocation and objection. You can contact the data administrator via [email protected] about your personal information at any time. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way, you can file a complaint to the supervisory authority. Data security and lifespan
The administrator maintains appropriate technical and organizational security safeguards designed to protect your personal data against accidental, unlawful or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure or use. Any data breach that is likely to have unfavorable consequences for your privacy in accordance with applicable law will be reported as soon as possible. Personal data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purchase, except if required otherwise by applicable law. Personal data will typically be kept for the duration of your use of the Services or until you have cancelled your subscription, unless a longer applicable statutory retention period applies.
